35cm diameter air cushion that combines the advantages of the seating wedge, wobble board and gym ball in a versatile training aid. The spiky surface on the other side of the cushion can be used to massage or provide acupressure. Can be used to improve physical co-ordination, therapeutic use in the mobilisation of the pelvic floor muscles, posture and balance training, promoting strength & flexibility of back muscles and as a therapeutic exerciser for rehabilitation after a sports injury. 

It is recommended to use a hand or bicycle pump with needle attachment to inflate and deflate the Balance Cushion (not included in package).
